3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated.
  • A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required to begin any project.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before handover of files or launch.
  • Payments are accepted via WiPay, PayPal, or other platforms specified during invoicing.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours of downpayment: Eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee (TBD).
  • Within 72 hours of downpayment:
    • If only the downpayment was made: 50% refund of the downpayment.
    • If full payment was made: 75% refund of the total payment.
  • After 72 hours: No refund.
  • If the project is completed and final payment is not made, the initial 50% downpayment is forfeited. No website or files will be delivered.

Clients may cancel for any reason within the refund window; no justification is required.

5. Design Ownership & Licensing

  • The final website build belongs to the client once full payment is completed.
  • All custom content, logos, copy, and images provided by the client remain the client’s intellectual property.
  • All website designs, layouts, and templates created by Premiere Design Studio remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to:
    • Reuse or resell the design or layout (excluding the client’s content).
    • Offer the same template in future services.
  • Clients who opt for an Enterprise Custom Package may purchase exclusive rights to their design upon request.

6. Revisions & Bug Reporting

  • Each client receives one revision session to request design adjustments. (Enterprise clients are entitled to three revision sessions.)
  • Once a final design is delivered, the client has 72 hours to report any bugs or errors. After this period, Premiere Design Studio is not obligated to make changes unless under a new service agreement.

7. Communication & Support

  • Premiere Design Studio does not operate 24/7.
  • All communication is conducted via email unless otherwise scheduled.
  • Each project begins with one complimentary 15-minute consultation session to discuss needs and scope.

8. Third-Party Services & Data

Our website and services use trusted third-party tools:

  • Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel – for site traffic and engagement tracking.
  • Formspree – to collect client messages via contact forms.
  • WiPay and PayPal – for secure online payments.

We do not sell or misuse your data. For more, view our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Timeline

Turnaround times vary by project scope. Project delivery timelines will be agreed upon individually per project and may be affected by client responsiveness, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by client inaction (e.g., failure to provide content or respond to drafts) will impact delivery time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local legislation.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of this site or our services implies acceptance of the current terms.

12. Right to Refuse, Terminate, or Subcontract

  • Premiere Design Studio reserves the right to decline any project at our discretion.
  • We may terminate an ongoing project if the client violates our terms, becomes unreasonably difficult to work with, or if we are no longer able to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
  • We reserve the right to subcontract or outsource portions of your project to trusted collaborators while maintaining full creative direction and quality control.

And just so we’re clear: we don’t tolerate creative micromanagement or emotional blackmail. Boundaries keep brilliance flowing.

13. Project Storage, Testing & Access

  • Clients have 3 calendar days (72 hours) to test the website and report any bugs, broken links, or functional issues. After this window, any further changes — including fixes — will be considered a new service request and billed accordingly.
  • The design revision session is a one-time opportunity and must be used during the project timeline, before final delivery. (Enterprise clients receive up to three revision sessions.)
  • All project files and related content will be stored for 7 calendar days after final delivery. During this time, clients may request downloads or access to their assets.
  • After 7 days, all project files and data will be permanently deleted, and we will no longer retain access to deployment tools, website dashboards, or external platforms. Clients are responsible for backing up their data
